Welcome to the TBCI website. The the founder, Kancho Alfred Bates Judan Hanshi, before is sad passing, put in motion various strategies to ensure the continuation of the TBCI, one of which was to name Shihan Derek Joyce Rokudan as the new president of the TBCI. So as we had always been taught, time moves on and nothing stays the same forever. So it is then that the TBCI moves forward into a new era, continuing the good works already achieved.
